BBQs food standards:
Sausages are made to order by a master sausages maker, Jean Paul at Franconian. We can serve any sausage of your choice.
Burgers are made to order at Godfrey’s, the award wining butchers, using 100% Aberdeen Angus meat.
Fish come from Billingsgate fish market in London.
We can supply halal meats, all sourced from suppliers with HFA certification
