Sharing boards catering – FAQ
You can add breads, a starter, cheese board or dessert to make a 2 or 3 course meals.
Orders: by 12:00 noon, AT LEAST 2 working days prior to the event.
For example, Friday for Tuesday deliveries. (so Thursday order for Monday deliveries) If staff are required as much notice as possible allows us to hand pick from our freelance butlers and serving staff.
Minimum order: 40 of any one menu. (Vegetarian or special dietary requirements excepted)
Prices: Per person, excluding VAT.
Alcohol & soft drinks: all supplied “sale or return”. All wine & champagne prices include free glass hire.
Staff & equipment: White porcelain or vintage china can be supplied POA. Professional butlers are booked for a minimum of 4 hours.
Linen: tablecloths and napkins can be supplied POA.
Vintage china/cutlery: Available POA but there is a £80.00 delivery/collection/hand wash up charge made by the Hire Company.
Delivery & collection charges: These are calculated according to delivery postcode.
Collection charges: Only apply if we have to return to collect equipment.
Disposable food platters & lids: Charged at £1.50 each + VAT.
Dietary requirement: Smith’s Catering will cater for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free diets. For any other special dietary requirement please give us a call, we will be more than happy to help you.
