Caribbean BBQ
Inspired by the variety of cuisines of the Caribbean islands, our Head Chef Chris and his team designed Smith’s Caribbean BBQ! He based his research on countries that were their former colonial masters, and the foods they introduced from British, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Dutch influences that we found across the region. And for Smith’s Caribbean BBQ, Chris includes dishes that suit the Caribbean’s favourite cooking method.
As with all our BBQ Catering Menus, these are not “set.” Clients are free to cherry-pick and make up their own selections or ask us to quote if they have a particular favourite not listed on our website.
Smith’s clients usually booked a steel band, creating a magical atmosphere that you could almost feel the warm sand beneath your feet!!
