Hot fork buffets menu is the most popular choice for companies requiring hot meals but do not have any cooking facilities. Whether for staff lunches, entertaining clients or all day events such as seminars, they provide the perfect solution.
If a more formal setting is required, we can provide a three-course meal with table service by adding a starter (from our sit-down menu).
All fork buffet menus are prepared to order daily in our kitchen. Meals are delivered in special, insulated containers, keeping the food above 72c for up to 6 hours. We supply the chaffing dishes for our trained staff to transfer the meals into and serve from.
